I love your videos, your art and the effort you put into your channel. I know it's a bit strange to ask, but could people get involved even if they don't have any social media accounts like instragram, twitter, etc? Is there any way to make an automatisation for hard edges? Like to apply it to the brush or may be just a script that you can run for selected layers or else

I wish! Procreate doesn’t support any kind of automation scripting or anything similar. Trying to achieve this with a brush wouldn’t give you the results I’m getting with this method. In fact, it would likely require more steps and cleanup, resulting in less convincing outcomes. Also, once you know how to do it, the method I’m explaining here is actually quite quick. Plus, it’s not something you’d want to do too many times in one painting anyway.

How to avoid it looks like apple?

I think that’s unavoidable, cherries do look like apples if you only look at the red “sphere.” Make sure to draw the stems with the right size and proportions compared to the main body. That is what will prevent them from being confused with apples. Another way would be to also draw other fruits in your composition; that way the different sizes compared to the cherries would also help to not confuse them with apples.

As always, I love your work. I’m contemplating buying your watercolor brushes. It seems in most of the videos I’ve watched so far, you use the same brush. I was kind of looking for a video that shows more brushes in your set. I have many watercolor sets already, that I bought when I first started, but I’m still not getting the look I want. I’m trying to see if your brushes are different than what I have. I have your gouache set.

I’m not exactly sure what do you mean when you say that I use the same brush, I’ve been having a look at some of the videos in my watercolor playlist and I think I use plenty of different brushes, depending on the painting. @@nighthealerrn1695 it’s okay! It really depends on the painting. Sometimes I’ll use multiple different brushes, sometimes just a couple or three. You don’t need to use 57 different brushes in one painting. Maybe in one painting I use 3-4 brushes, but in another painting I use other 3-4 brushes that are different from the ones in the previous painting. I just got the brush ! And love how it’s some what like an actual pen to me ! New favorite line brush now ! Wish I could have gotten the other one from the last challenge from July 2023 but I didn’t have procreate or even iPad then , but ! This one is my new favorite can’t wait to see more 2024 brushes

nope nope nope I tried a flower, I tried a boat, I tried a face, I tried just shapes but I cannot do this! The brushes are amazing but I am not able to consistently get the shapes I would want using the shape tool. Sorry I would love to be such an amazing artist as you but nope I am really struggling with this challenge. Will try again but it's not happening the way you showed. sad though I really thought I could push myself with this one!

If you’re struggling to do the shapes by drawing them freehand with the selection tool, try lifting your pen and tapping in the screen in the next spot to use the selection tool in polygonal mode. This way it is easier to get the shapes you want because you have plenty of time to decide where to tap with your pencil next, and it also fits better the challenge, because the point is cubism anyway, so polygonal shapes work better than organic/freehand ones. I hope this helps!

I used Paperlike for years, and it was great. Now I’m using the new iPad with the nano texture glass without any screen protector and I like it even more than Paperlike

Muchas gracias! Como yo los hago en el propio documento para el challenge, en este caso utilizo un lienzo que uso para todas las imágenes de mis productos, que es de 8,5 x 8,5 pulgadas a 300 DPI. Pero puedes hacerlo en cualquier tamaño que prefieras
