As an electrician who does new construction and service work i make a lot of money because people don't pigtail at outlets. We have a policy of pig tailing all the wires not just the ground that way if an outlet fails it doesn't effect every outlet downstream

Pro tip: carry a small cardboard box for all the snipped wire ends so you won't have to pik them up later.

How did you get all the grounds under that wire nut I don't see how you connected them .

Don't know where you are in the USA however where I am, the way you did the Ground was Against our local Code at least, You need to use a Green Wirenut with a hole in it for the extension, Live and neutral's must have wire nuts on them to get the rough in inspection.

I am an apprentice and I got to put up a light fixture today. However I was so bad at it and looked like a total noob trying to understand and do everything. They all laughed at me and made jokes 😅😅

You’ll get there lol. I’m a young master electrician in WV, and it takes time to understand things. Best thing is always relate the concepts back to similar things you are interested in to help your understanding. For me it was coding because I was going to be a programmer. “If then” statements are just 3-way and 4-way switches. Then that allowed me to understand motor controls. Take your time and understand it how you know best. And I promise you’ll do great.

@@qrow8638 I’m still here working at it! Im a little over a month in and so far I’ve put on receptacles, outside gfis and dug a shit load of trenches. Ive actually learned the tape measure and I’ve put in final high hats, set up wire pulls, helped install outside dissconnects, I installed high hat brackets at the rough. I chipped alot of concrete, mounted a bunch of single, two and three gang boxes on studs. Usage of impact gun, wire strippers have been consistent. Idk feel like I’ve done a lot inside a month, what u think?
