Feels better, I also have a question if you could help, my wife has pain in her shoulder and when we got the ultrasound done (4 months ago), it came out to be mild tendinitis involving subscapularis, since then we tried physio therapy and chiropractor one after the other and it felt better, but it comes back whenever she chops or do stuff related to right arm or shoulder and then we do some icing it gets better but not healing completely. Any suggestions what we could try in form of exercises. Thanks

I am 42years old when i was 25 i had a fracture in both of my knees then i had an operation in my knees after that i was alright i had two children i can walk, run everything one year before my knees are paining i cannot bend, walk . now doctor advised me to do knee replacement surgery i am very disturbed in my mind pls suggest any exercise to cure instead of knee replacement sir

Hi there. I have been following your exercises ever since a Lisfranc Injury which had me in plaster and a boot for 17.5 weeks. They are excellent, thank you so much. They have felt like a life saver. Just a question: now 7 mths into a conservative recovery, I find some discomfort in my ankle especially after a one hour walk or so. I can weight bear on it and do all the exercises above, but when I do the one leg behind the other stretch, I don't feel it in my calf, I feel it in the top of my thigh. Is this strange? And is it possible being in the boot and plaster for so long has compromised my ankle. The boot was really two sizes too big for me but the hospital didn't have another option that worked.

I'm 28 and have done a variety of jobs that take a heavy physical tole. After recovering from a knee injury, I started having this extreme burning pain going down the side of my left leg, and I thought great something else was wrong. My pt trainer recommended your channel when I told her what was going on, so I'm gonna try this out and see if it helps, I'll leave updates in the future.

I felt my right achilles pop when i went for a jog a fee years back. Saw a physio and he gave me a plan to follow. I thought it had got better, but recently i started noticing pressure in my calve around to the front of my shin. A month or so of this tension and i’m noticing my right leg is getting bigger than my left leg. How can i fix this??
