I would recommend Fetchers Cooking Time and all his other Mods. He adds a ton of Stuff, to have a lot more Loot-Variety. Scrap Armor and Weapons are also really nice, as well as Solarpanels.

Never take Sleepy head and Restless sleeper together. Your character will almost always be tired. Trust me, I've tried.

Tbh the keen senses trait *can* be circumvented by good situational awareness, but I think you take it anyways, because its a good last line of defense for when you've been caught slipping, as opposed to learning this while they're politely tapping you on your shoulder

So far my longest run has only been 11 days, but I had found and settled into a great mansion on the west side of Louisville with a high fence, 3 car garage, and easy access to water. - I only died because i decided to try using guns for the first time and learned that the shotgun draws a metric f***ton of zombies!

Seems like the occupations are rated stand alone. Which makes little sense. Burglar has almost no use if you take gymnast, as it takes about less than an hour of playtime to almost obsolete it entirely. Fitness takes the absolute longest to level to +9 followed by strength, and is the most impactful out of any skill, as it allows you to keep going for longer..Nimble does nothing after lvl 3 with 9 fitness. Axe man is the only trait that adds swing speed to a weapon, and cannot be "gained" through any other means and additionally you fitness 9, even comes with close to null drawbacks. There is a reason the axe man build is considered so fcking OP by almost all youtubers, it's just dumbass strong. Starting you off with the best swing speed, 2 hitting zombies from the start, and allowing you to go for much longer than any other build, with infinite weapons in game due to foraging. It's the only S tier build as it allows for any weapon choice with little drawbacks, and any playstyle as the build even incorporates fast learner.

some have already said but, i really like the abandoned factory west of riverside, near all the old homes. you have a gas station directly to your northeast and, of course living right next to the river for fish. it has a large parking garage you could easily expand if you like hoarding vehicles (which PZ player isn't a pack rat) also i love accessible rooftops because EZ rain gathering and gardening. it's probably not the most practical because it's pretty isolated and maybe too large, but i just have so many nostalgic memories basing there, especially when i was a new player. i used to always make it my mission to base there. i remember one time i was just sleeping peacefully in that base when i heard the unmistakable sound of a window shattering downstairs. it was a special sort of dread waking up knowing i'd have to go down and say hi to company, lmao. that's one of the disadvantages of larger bases. this run i'm currently doing i'm looking for a smaller base that would more realistically fit one person (although the thought of a gigachad survivor just taking over an entire air base or something is fun). not sure where yet but cool vid :)

did you know that if you have a key or a hotwired car and dont know if there is gas in it press V if it says start engine then it means it has gas if it doesnt then it means it has no gas

I've noticed that Inconspicuous and Conspicuous only really work in one or two scenarios: the zombie is facing away to the side of you, so you're in their peripheral vision, and/or you're inside/ the line of sight is obscured. WIth conspicuous you will get spotted through the window much more than with inconspicuous, even by zombies that are just passing by the window/doors. But that would be it, that's the entire use of these two.

Wait wait wait... Muldraugh is one of the HARDER spawns??? I've always found it the easiest do I've always picked it. My favorite base is in Muldraugh, the fenced off community right next to the doctors office and the grocery store

Amateur mechanic with tinkerer allows you to Hotwire cars without requiring burglar, which together is only 10 points. Amateur mechanic is a better choice than the mechanic occupation as the 2 extra points mechanic gives doesn’t really matter when you start with 2 and have a 100% exp boost. I’m pretty sure mechanic is 12 points as well although I could be wrong. Also amateur mechanic solves the problem of reading if you take illiterate.
