I started the arm exercises 10 days ago and its funny cause I actually see some muscle definition in my biceps, but my wings seem even more saggy!!! I wonder if that's good or normal...🤔I haven't measured nor tried anything on that was tight yet; but plan to continue.

Aap apni diet mein maida , biscuit, yavjo bhi market mein available hai, use khana chod de, aur ghar ka bana khana khaye , salad , sprout , paneer jyada se jyada khaye , aap ka fat jaroor kum hoga , market ki koi bhi bani cheeze na khyne, healthy khana khaye, definitely apka weight kum hoga
