Great job. I am confused why you used construction adhesive on the plastic on the floor joist and the exterior house wrap?

It's nice, but 120K. I think for 60k I could buy and build a shell close to what they show here. I understand they need to make a profit and pay a worker etc so 120 isn't out of line but I would just choose an older fixer upper real house for that price.

Hi There from Australia..... I love your videos- especially this camper. I noticed you used actual fibreglass on this project which i imagine wasn't cheap & added considerably to your budget. I just wanted to mention something just in case you haven't come across it before. Have you ever heard of something called "Poor Man's Fibreglass"? It's the nickname given to a cheaper way of getting the same results as real fibreglass. I'm a bit rusty on the details but i can tell you of the two components one of the Titebond Glues is used - & an old cotton drop sheet or canvas etc. I don't recall for sure which number Titebond is supposed to be the best- it's out of number 2 or 3. One is more waterproof i think(?)🤔 If you are interested in looking into it there's loads of stuff on KZfaq & google.

Maybe 50 tops but 120 seems way too high

Dangerous use of your angle driver early on ........ spindle is part of the axle, the hub is what holds the tires, ... nice quality work ... I enjoyed this. Curious what you or one would do for heat? The roof vent, exterior, I always use Dicor self leavening that goes along the edge that meets the roof and a good covering dab on the screw heads, .. water will get through and cause issues in shorter time if it isn't used. Good work for sure.

The fact those ceiling joist are conceted directly to the ply wood instead of having a ledger all around makes me question your framing skills and structural integrity overall of the build
