Thanks for watching. Some people like to have a cabbage as the main meal. That’s why I use more meat. But you can change anything you like in the recipe. Please like and subscribe if you haven’t already. I appreciate your feedback. Be Blessed.

Actually it’s a Demi Glacé. French chef include this in their kitchen large or small. During the pandemic it made prep easier and more fun. My sister turned me on the this. Let me know what you think.

Tried you chive tip too. Enjoy your Keep I t Simple Stupid approach. Thanks I am doing a bone broth. Actually I cook my beef bones until the liquify. The bones have to cook in the oven for a minimum of 4-5 days. The flavor is unbelievable but as you probably know bone broth boost the immunity system. I have a great relationship with some butchers. I hope you’ll cover soup, stews and broths. No pressure! Lol😂

I’ve graduated to putting my garlic in olive oil. It lasts a few weeks in the fridge and I have garlic flavored olive oil when the garlic is all gone! Thanks for watching! If you haven’t already please like subscribe and share the channel with your friends and family! Be Blessed!

I understand graduating to olive oils. My Grandmother was an excellent cook. She often preserved her garlic in olive oil and raw honey. She used raw honey as a preservative for her winter pickling. Pickling brings in kitchen chemistry. As I am sure you know honey has no expiration date. ie the Egyptians used even to preserving even in their embalming practices. On another note: garlic was used as part of a life healing Elixir because it’s a powerhouse of all the b12 vitamins and more. I am impressed with your incorporating honey in your chicken recipe. What’s old is new! Lol 😂. Thanks again for another recipe. Thank you 🙏

I tried your poach egg hack. My reason were two fold simplicity and speed. Plus easy clean up. Now I am eyeing you spinach recipes because I need iron in my diet because I tend to be anemic. I make a Demi Glacé from beef bones that are liquified. The process is long but worth the effort. Bone broth is essential to booster my immunity as well. Thank you for providing me new avenues of preparing meals with little effort and consistency. I like forward to your future meals too. Thank you 🙏 again.

@@InTheKitchenWithPaul I must have iron included in my diet because I am anemic. 1)Would you be doing any recipes that incorporate turmeric, ginger or spinach. 2)Do you do any recipes that include okra? 2a)Pretty much like your poached egg hack. 🙏 thank you so much again

Found you by accident, my usual way of searching! Lol I liked your consistency in how you’ve handled the cabbage. I tend to use less salt and cook low and slow. I substitute lemon instead of salt in most cases. Vitamin c and the pectin of the lemon is very important to managing antioxidants. Thank you and I will follow you.
