I'm making country ribs tomorrow so went on KZfaq and did a search and came on your channel. I knew I'd love it because I thought "His kitchen looks like MY kitchen." Thanks for the tip on the brown sugar - don't know why I never thought of that. I use apple cider vinegar - gives it a little bit more flavor. Looking forward to checking out your other recipes.

My guy is waaaaaay too careful with the pre-cleanse. Ain’t no bacteria surviving hours in the oven 😂A vinegar bath is super unnecessary
