Single tips on e36s is blasphemous 🥲. Gotta do a dual and fill out that diffuser. Also have to do atleast 2 14' resonators, 1 near the front, one in the middle. Then a muffler on the back. Or atleast a pretty beefy muffler on the back. I've done about 40 different exhaust setups on my e36s, they can sound very good when u take the drone/rasp out.

That strut looks like Chuck Norris took a piss on your wheel mate! You should get hold of Cleetus and see if he can get into one of his next races? Apart from being a ton of fun it may help you get some sponsors, and you know you will get to hang with a bunch of likeminded folks who may be able to help you out. For what it is worth I think you would really get along with Kevin Smith (KSR), Vice Grip and Demo Matt as you are all businesspeople with quality values and a love for cars.

time for an updated cage with some CNC done up branding and dimples aka speed holes! maybe a front hoop from custom welded tubing too?

I suspect that Aaron is on to something at 10:21 about the two different pipe diameters. The different lengths would work with the different pipe lengths so that at some point the shorter path and longer path "merge" together. I have no idea how that would be important. I'm guessing, and also I'm not an expert at fluid dynamics.

I think 3 front 3 cylinders have a smaller pipe is to speed up the gas so it meets the rear at the same time. Edit: What's the difference between pyrex & ceramic lenses?

I am not a good tig welder, but I sure get wood over a good setup. I bet even I could stack a dime or two with that rig....!! Also Tay, if you find that one MFken rusty bolt that won't budge you have got to do the heat and candle wax trick! Just heat the thread and rub a candle on it so the wax flows onto the thread. Sounds super stupid, but the wax and heat do something scientific to the POS bolt (magic things happen) and it just works. KSR had an awesome tip for V bands, if you are going to fit and refit a V band lots get a throwaway nut for all the BS fitting work and only use the proper nut for the final assembly, so you don't kill it's locking ability or present a job that looks like it has been on and off 1000 times. I am a little sad you did not give it at least one goooood rev....just for us...........lol

Nice! Great doing that sort of stuff for friends. I'm about to "jump" into converting the rear section of my exhaust system to stainless (Volvo 244, 1JZ-GE swapped), from stock.. Which is now all inspected and signed off = road legal. You guys are lucky, you seem to be able to do engine/ body/ suspension swaps/ modifications. Without having to get them approved / certified, for road use. Curious, did you back purge the stainless while welding up the new tubing? cheers from NZ

1JZ..which one? GE, GT, G+T? Looked like VVTi, through the hood. I have a non-VVTi GE, in a Volvo244. Been working on it for a year, close to finishing it. cheers

It's amazing what a proper tuner can do for a car. I just recently had my 2gr powered Blade Master tuned after a few simple mods and gained around 45hp and I feel like it has totally changed the car. If your not sure what the car is search Toyota Blade Master G, yeah looks like a Corolla and is one hell of a nice little sleeper!!

Talking about wheel balancing you can also use wheel beads inside the tire to balance the wheel but you can only use them on bigger tires like 33 inch and bigger.
