The bones in my ankles start to hurt pretty quick, sitting cross-legged. Do you have any tips on preventing that from happening?

Superb. So informative and understanding. My inability to sit cross legged is one reason why I don't go to yoga classes. It seems to be the one thing everyone, except me, can do in a yoga class!

So helpful. I really like the demonstration path that you designed. Since balance is challenged when one closes one eyes, does the (outer) sight play a role? Or just a trick of the brain? 😊 Thank you for this video.

So if you have issues with these ligaments being tight [not being able to extend the leg] what can you do to lengthen these ligaments?

I love the cue about lifting the pelvis and rounding the back as well as the weight shift. These are the kinds of movements that i think people do intuitively that people who can't yet step their foot through (me included) are missing!

He is very genuine unlike many people out there...u might never be able to sit cross legged because of your anatomy he say bt others don't state that so u keep working on something against your body n might even cause more harm. ..thank you sir
