Clearly, this Zinc is doing its job…and there is still plenty of zinc left to sacrifice. That u-joint socket is a game changer and way better than adding a u-joint inline….got some on order after seeing this video. It would be Silly not to replace this Zinc, but in a pinch for time or a lack of the replacement part, you can clean that zinc anode up with a wire wheel on your drill…..safety glasses please! That will help improve the anodes sacrificial conductivity somewhat and remove any loose decayed zinc. Also, I use the extra long needle nose pliers with the 45 degree tips from Harbor Freight. Still a PIA, but way easier and less time than removing the manifold.

Let me see if I understood what you are saying. Most propane generators don't have a propane shut off valve that will shut the gas off, if the generator fails to stay running, and because you bypassed installing a regulator this will amplify that problem, if true I will need to get a 110 volt shut off valve, that's held open with voltage.

Yeah, so you could hook directly up to the hot wiring coming to the key. Turns off when you turn the cart off, and you could have used the wires sent with the charging port.

Q. I have this time (ESP Modular) master valve installed right after the 5HP pump in my back yard, and would like to know what's the right connection for the wirings? Currently, two wires coming from the master valve, one installed in C and the other wire installed under station 1 ! I am not sure if this is right or not. Why I am I asking? well, because when i test all valve, station one works only and the other stations (from 1-7) doesn't work! I found the same thing, removing the bolster was the final step needed. The plate underneath the deck is aluminum, with the two dissimilar metals, they will start to corrode over time. Water will speed this up, and salt water will do so even faster. I don't know if aluminum screws can be found to replace the stainless steel, or if they would be sturdy enough for this application, but if so, that would be the best solution To figure out the bolt hole pattern, first get the old seat post removed, and measure the distance between two opposing bolt holes. I think mine was 8" apart, which means I'd be looking for an 8" 6-bolt seat post base (count the number of bolts, 5, 6, whatever it takes). There are other seat post solutions for this as well, if this particular model can't be found. SPRINGFIELD Marine 1250250-L1 Mainstay is the one I went with at the time, and just replaced everything. SEARCH AROUND, the price on these seat posts will vary WILDLY. I know the prices for mine ranged from $180-400+, so search around, and look for deals.
