I eat Chipotle every day and people I know tell me it's unhealthy. I've been eating that exact same bowl minus the medium salsa for months and I've lost over 40 pounds and still increased my strength in the gym.

It depends what you’re looking for if you want a better pump and to focus on hypertrophy rest for 30 seconds to one minute, but for strength training, you wanna arrest longer with a higher weight and rest 2 to 3 minutes may sound, ridiculous but maybe even higher
