This inspired me to try hitting the gym more often but stress less about needing to be there for more than an hour. My weightloss and muscle gain thanks to you (and creatine) has immensely improved. Down to 223 lbs from 230 in December, and down from 280 this time last year!!! Lets go fellas!

According to literature. To take forearms out of the equation and bias the biceps, you may want to use a supinated grip during said workout.

What about tendon growth? My tendons lag behind, and I'm scared to train to failure because I've fucked up my tendons in the past. I'd rather hit 8 reps this week and then aim for 9 reps the following week. It's a slower process, but I'm making sure my tendons have the time to strengthen in that time.

The question is. If I go to the gym 2 times/week for fullbody workout, and all my sets are really close to failure (0-1 RIR). Then how many sets per week per muscle group is enough? 6 sets per muscle group per week is ok? Like 3 sets of bench press on the first training session (monday) and 3 sets of bench press on the 2nd session (thursday), and thats all for the chest for the week. By doing this small amount of sets I could be in the gym for less than an hour (which I like since I have something to do, lol). Could I have some good muscle gains being 37yo man with sitting daily job?

That sounds perfectly reasonable. Just make sure you slowly increase sets, reps and weights over time in a consistent manner.

Sounds good! Dont forget to walk/run a lot and be in a calorie deficit as you have a sitting job.. The perfect amount of sets are from 5 to 20 so.. Your in the zone.. If you lift midly heavy weights.. Your gaining muscle bro. Keep it up!

30 Minute you must be crazy in 30 min you get only 30% of gains of the 60 Minute Workout You'd have to do a hell of a workout to do it in 30 minutes most lifters don't have that mental strength
