Gta Vice city stories had alot of features shared with san andreas diffrent takes thats why it felt moore advanced compared to vice city. Like most of Rockstar games they "beta" test the feautures in all their games and add the best of the best from thoose in the next games. Thats why mechanics feels similar across all rockstar games and you can find the same game mechanics in other rockstar games.

Shout out to this Phenomenal Franchise GTA Series. My opinion I done played Mafia Definitive Edition & Mafia 2: Definitive Edition Mafia 3 Definitive Edition. Which is my favorite video games ever. You can get Girlfriends in Mafia games . Also Yakuza games Hostesses Club. Saints Row The Third Remastered get Girlfriends to series. Just like I said my opinion.
