@@user-bo3vn6dd5z From my understanding of it all the Tuatha Dé Dannan are all followers or descendants of the goddess Danu, as their name seems to translate to "people of the goddess Danu." Brigid is often described as being the daughter of The Dagda, who is one of the Tuatha Dé Dannan, thus making Brigid one of them too but not necessarily Danu herself. But then again, there are so many different interpretations and versions of Irish Mythology that in some cases she may be seen as also being the goddess Danu! Her whole Triple Goddess thing can get a bit confusing like that too, sometimes she seems to get roped in with The Morrigan and Macha and other 'goddesses' in Irish Mythology. Anyway, there's a confusing answer to a confusing subject! Thanks so much for checking out the video, I really hope you enjoyed it :)

That is such lovely feedback, I'm so glad you enjoyed it :D yeah I think that the banshee is such an interesting part of Irish folklore and am always amazed by how far-reaching their influence has become in the wider world of myths and legends too. Researching them for this video has been an absolute joy! I love all the different ways people imagine them too, a scary old lady or a young woman who escorts her family to the Otherworld. I think that they're such a great example of how stories and legends change from place to place and with different people's perspectives.
