He lost his appeal as well as it was dismissed. He lost his one day a week visitation, too. He doesn't want to comply with court orders. He doesn't want the twins back. He wants the income they make him, and he wants the control...he is pissed he lost the control of the situation. In my opinion, the court made the right decision on this case, and the twins are where they should be with Mom and brothers. They can now be normal 6 year olds without a camera in their face all the time. This narc will continue to beg and plead his "virtual family" for cash as he is nothing but a lazy grifter that doesn't want to work for a living! It took me 4 years of being out of that abuse and 2 years of therapy to come to terms with they love no one but themselves. They were living together but he put her out one night because she told him she wanted to go back to work when they were about a year and a half. He would not allow her to see them because he wanted to monetize them on Facebook and she DID NOT!!! She worked and saved her money and took him to court. She was awarded shared custody in August 2022. But, he continued to make excuses as to why the boys shouldn't have to go (sick, tired, other appointments), all lies, and just refused to allow her to see them. He made up lies when they did go for a visit......."teacher says they were wearing the same clothes, weren't fed, left alone"............ALL LIES. When the court system appointed a court appointed attorney for the boys, and CPS got involved, all of his lies backfired on him when they found out he had lied on their Mom. He was also told to REMOVE all videos of those boys off of social media, but is now in contempt of court because he took them off, but then put some back on. He doesn't have a dime of the money those boys generated over the last couple of years, which he why he is now begging for money.......because he sniffed a good portion of it up his nose and continually failed his court ordered drug screens. He tried every trick in the book to keep them from her, even after the shared custody order was made. He always seemed to portray himself as a “single dad” - for what? Could be for the $ and the sympathy I guess. The twins’ mother has always been TOTALLY against them being used on social media. She has a real job and works to support her family, like most of us. He now says he is bankrupt and couldn’t afford a lawyer for the 5 day custody trial. Where has all that money gone? He is currently begging on social media for $ to pay for a lawyer to conduct his appeal. There is no money left for the twins’ futures and probably for child support. The mother WILL NOT use those boys as a meal ticket like he did. She’s fought long and hard for those boys and they are now happy in her loving arms. Also, the custody decision was not based on just the videos.

The things that he "claims" the teachers told him were proven by investigators and court appointed attorney for those boys to be lies. Also, the claims of those children being left alone and abused were also proven to be lies. All intended to discredit the mother, but all false claims. He's had lawyers, but they all quit because he refused to listen to them. Wasted money because he thought he was smarter than they were. He made money based on the boys videos, but spent it all living beyond his means and has NOTHING left to pay for more attorneys. He was instructed by the courts to share custody with their Mom until custody issues could be sorted out, but he continued to keep those boys away from her by refusing to release the boys to her on her weekends. HE was the one mentally abusing (and physically by instructing them to "accidently" fall and get hurt so he could film them comforting each other) to get more views and likes. However, he refused to allow her the time/weekends she was supposed to have them, with 1001 excuses and continued to keep them from her. This, among other things (including failed court ordered drug tests) was the reason Mom was awarded SOLE CUSTODY of the boys. He received one day a week of SUPERVISED VISITATION. He got EXACTLY what he deserved, which was NOTHING!!!!

There is a REASON why the court ordered SOLE CUSTODY to the mother, and only ONE DAY A WEEK OF SUPERVISED VISITATION to the Dad. He abused those boys and REFUSED to co-parent and allow shared custody until custody issues could be settled. He spent EVERY dime (a substantial amount of money) those boys generated for him on social media. And yes, he bought their love with toys and gifts so they wouldn't talk about their Mom (and were chastised if they accidently said Mommy on camera), but didn't have a dime left to hire an attorney to go to court with him. He did NOT go "bankrupt fighting their Mom for custody" as he has lied and claimed - he snorted it up his nose and living the "high life!!" He failed court ordered drug test and got EXACTLY what he deserved..........NOTHING!!!! Those boys are now safe with their Mom......which is where they should be.

Those boys are extremely intelligent and are fine now. They are no longer living in fear of getting in trouble if they said the wrong thing. It was all about the money for him. I'm sure he loves them, but he loved the money more. Now these babies can live a normal life with their Mom.

Those boys are much better off with their Mom. They no longer have to worry about getting in trouble for saying the wrong thing and have ALWAYS loved and missed their Mom. They always struggled to "please" their dad, but were NOT treated as they should have been. Believe me, they are much happier with their mother and are leading the normal lives that 6 year old boys should be.

If he had obeyed court orders by allowing the Mom to have shared custody until a permanent resolution could be determined, maybe things would have turned out differently. Instead, he continued to keep the boys from her, refused to take their videos down from ALL social media platforms (also ordered by the court but his only source of income), and continued to fail drug screens. THIS is why their Mother was awarded SOLE CUSTODY, and he has only one day a week, and one hour a week of SUPERVISED VISITATION. He brought all this upon himself. Those boys are safe and much better off with their Mom and living a normal life the way 6 year old children should.

He already has a lawyer and has lodged an appeal.

@@mclaytor6926 - He’s appealed the decision and a hearing is scheduled for September. So, the case has been reopened. (Maryland Court records are public and available online). Hopefully it won’t be successful.

He also continues to blame the Mom and the judge for losing custody, but won't tell anyone that he FAILED court ordered drug screens. He's had many attorneys in the past, but that money was burned up because he would not listen to them and NONE of them would go along with the lies he tried to put out about the Mom, ALL PROVEN TO BE UNTRUE!!!!! He's not going to get those boys back........thank God.

@@mclaytor6926 - just an update. It appears that the court dismissed his appeal on 27 July because there was no brief filed. He would’ve needed a lawyer to prepare the brief. He’s been begging on his page for money because he can’t afford a lawyer. He does have 20 days to appeal this decision, so it will be interesting to see what happens. His request for continued visitations was also denied! (This info is from the court records).

He was NOT so good to them. They were afraid of him and he used them as his sole support. There is a valid reason why he gets only one hour of SUPERVISED visitation a week, These boys are now with their mother whom he tried to keep them away from and are getting the love and nurturing they so deserve.

We only see a few minutes of a video! There is no telling while off camera! This man is making videos still pulling at the heartstrings for public funds! He has a go fund me! There has to be proof why he lost sole custody! To supervised visitation! Apparently, the youtube channel was not enough! Maybe even seen as exploitation!
