30 seconds in I had tears in my eyes. 😢 The details in this house are truly outstanding. I'm confused though has it been restored and now lived in? Plz say yes so I can sleep better tonight. 😉 Love your videos and music.

Back when homes were made with true craftsman who appreciate and took pride in their accomplishments and work. Tis the reason why most are still in great functional order. These days, you don't know who or what is building your home...

Despite the decay and people crazy for wallpaper, this house is magnificent and still retains its original detail is amazing. I can only imagine what she looked in her glory days. I hope the people that purchase her give her alot of TLC and make her respectable again. The stain glass windows were to die for ❤❤❤

I really wish the entire video was in color. No where has anyone ever seen the world in black and white unless it was in photos and it’s far more beautiful to see the home in color as we would see it if we were there. I wish I could do a walkthrough myself. I adore the old homes.

Another great tour! I hope this home will find some owners that will give it the love it deserves. The kitchen looks like someone had kind of started to do some repairs on one of the walls. It certainly needs to be renovated to attract a new home owner.

Sears home kits were amazing and built to last as this one proves to us. The issue is with any home structure up keep is mandatory to keep the house in the best shape. Good video and thanks for sharing with us. This was a beautiful home at one time and still is!

This was one beautiful mansion in its glory days and lack of funds let it deteriorate in the later years. What a nice video and we hope Illinois took over the place and made it a national historical site. It needs lots of work as much of the paint is cracking and falling away.

What a gorgeous home! These were affordable as well as beautiful. People could make them as fancy or as simple as they chose to, and I wish we still had more affordable options for actual homes, such as these. Sears had such an incredible selection, too. 😊❤
