Sweet edit, I honestly thought you were cooked before the 50km mark, stoked to see that you finished. Incredible how the human bodies are able to push through these challenges. I couldn’t run on any of the downs but was able to crush the ups. Poles were the only thing that saved my race. I can’t wait for the next sufferfest. 👏 👊

Nice progression man. What was the key for that transition? Because im able to go from l sit to tuck planche and than i fall down. I cant press myself to handstand. How you did it?

Baneful Drummer thank you! My best tip is to transition fast and get inverted as quick as possible to push up

I believe 2 exercises which played the major part for me getting that transition part unlocked were basically just practicing that tuck planche/planche lean and handstand a lot. I did exersice other calisthenics moves also, but after more regular training of those three I suddenly just did that transition (and almost fell down just of sheer surprise). But like said, it needs a lot practise to build that base strength. But then you don't need even to be fast. ;)
