This weekend I am in Como Italy and i figured what better video than to show you how I train, out of fight camp, while i am traveling. Hopefully you can use this as your own or just take a few tips and tricks to help you reach your goals!

3rd one was hard to explain susinctly. Energetics and power of a strike are increased if the breath is exhaled during certain movements involving energy transfer from the earth to your hands through a stiffened core. 3:10
