How long before dipping do you take the pineapples out of the freezer?
@floflow0922 күн бұрын
I take them out two at a time. It’s easier. Sometimes when you take them all out at the same time, some will start to melt kinda fast. The only time when I take them all out is when I’m just dipping all of them without adding any sour powder or any other toppings.
@victorialee644022 күн бұрын
@@floflow09 how long will they last in the freezer after dipping before serving? Also, how long should they sit after dipping before placing in the freezer? Thank you for replying! ❤️
@floflow0922 күн бұрын
@@victorialee6440 pineapples can be finicky. If you have a deep freezer, I would say up to 24 hours but if not then 6-12 hrs is your best bet in a standard freezer. I only sit them out for 20 mins the most before I put them in the freezer.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for the last decade but need more secure and that won’t take too much time to receive certification. Do you or anyone have any advice for those considering getting into this field ?

@floflow092 ай бұрын
Oh no. I’m sorry to hear that. I noticed that if you don’t let it get to 300 degrees then it’ll be tacky and sticky like that. Sometimes the candy thermometer may stop working properly so I would suggest to buy a new one and try again. They’re inexpensive. I hope that helps.
@natayajones7902Ай бұрын
I use the 2c sugar, 1/2C water, 1/2c corn syrup all the time. It could be a couple of reasons why your grapes were tacky. 1. The humidity or 2. Too much color can also make your grapes tacky. I hope you have better luck the next time you try them. I hate doing Candy pineapple 😩

@floflow093 ай бұрын
That is great to hear. Plasma/Donor centers are always hiring for entry level phlebotomists. That can be a start. There are some jobs that hire phlebotomists with no experience as well, including some hospitals. You can also get your foot in the door by applying for jobs like a patient care technician or something else and that can also help with getting a job because you'll already be working for that certain clinic or hospital and most jobs hire from within. Just keep applying and do not give up. There are many hospitals, laboratories and clinics needing a phlebotomist. YOU GOT THIS!! I BELIEVE IN YOU
@ashleygudino76643 ай бұрын
Can you please explain to me, what the difference is between a phlebotomist technician and a Phlebotomist?.... I've been having trouble understanding the difference and also how long do you need to go to school for both of them?😅
@floflow093 ай бұрын
Hello. I've heard of both titles before. In certain states, they refer to both of them as separate job titles, and in certain states the title name means the same thing which is still a phlebotomist. In states that differentiate the two, the phlebotomist would be over the technicians. Kind of like a supervisor. The training is normally the same for both. Probably the phlebotomist would have more experience and licensure than the phlebotomy tech. Just depending on where you're working, then you can see what both titles are like. We honestly do the same things and procedures. Schooling should be the same in most cases depending on which certification you're going for. I hope that helps.

I started phlebotomy in November 2023 at Quest. I enjoyed working for Quest I wasn’t to afford my rent or other bills because my paycheck was no more than $1230.00 every 2 wks. I start my new job as a Phlebotomist on May 6th at a hospital. I want more experience working with all types of veins, different tests, and better pay (shift differential and overtime). I’m really nervous because this will be my first time working at a hospital as a Phlebotomist, but I’m going to take one day at time, learn from my mistakes, and put it in God’s hands. My goal is to one day become a Phlebotomist instructor so I need the different experience. Thank you for making this video! Greatly appreciated! ❤️
