It’s just so upsetting that you can’t get them out of the UK. I do get why, they are a somewhat controlled thing here. I mean you can buy them, but in certain shops you have to show ID to get it and it’s either behind the counter and/or locked in a cage. 2 reasons are people use them for vandalism or to get high by huffing it. So getting in the country is a pain.

I'm looking at purchasing the rulebook, wizards, knight's and a few sprues of some Oathmark miniatures in order to create a warband or two. I'm really excited to paint up some fantasy miniatures 💪. This video was very convincing...

This looks awesome!!! It looks like it could REALLY scratch my itches to play Dungeons and Dragons as well! No reason you can't have a party of adventurers or a holy order of clerics face down a goblin clan led by a "booyahg" (goblin for mage), a vampire caster and their minions, demon cultusts or any other number of combinations. Hearing that it actually has official rules for solo play honestly is honestly enough of a nudge to consider getting it! Might mean I can finally use all those miscellaneous D&D minis I've painted up but never used because I'm too insecure to DM 🤣 It even uses d20's! Perfect, haha!!!

Would be cool if Color Forge sold stuff in the USA. Looks like they don't ship anything to NA.

Love your videos and how you do them but influencer inspired basecoat sprays feels really weird to me and it a bit peak capitalism.

At the 5:14 mark you make a small statement that I think many of us in the hobby need to appreciate. Time is a cost and a convenience . I have a big love for rattle can on jobs because I Can get to it faster I can swap colours faster . Its no cheaper , its not cleaner , but when Time is my largest budget cost its so important. We do not give enough credit to time ( and space ) in our hobby and just recognizing it like this is damned important. thank you.

Lately I've not painted much. I've been overwhelmed by the idea of improving my painting, and a lot of YT painters haven't helped that. They're great, but a lot of their guides and advice on things like highlighting aren't super helpful, they just do it and assume you can just copy them perfectly in terms of techniques. This video (specifically the Roman citizens and He-Man) have really been somewhat of a comfort -- it's the same method I use, albeit with more expertise and confidence, but it still creates a great paint job -- maybe I've been a bit down on myself for no good reason, maybe I'm okay as a painter. Cheers Peachy! I'm seriously considering picking up your spray as one of my two, along with Midwinter Blue.

i use the hycote primer from Amazon, its made in the same factory as the Halfords stuff, grey and oxide red, last 2 cans of black i had were bad though, if i want another colour though i will go colour forge every time, i like the spray on the cans

Speaking of desert you could probably use it for British armor in north Africa like the matilda II tank

Is the Reliquary Red just the same as the seemingly discontinued Ruinous Red spray, as it's meant to match Khorne Red?

Having read the title, I wasn’t sure that i wanted to watch a video on primers for fast painting. I knew better than to miss one of your videos though, the veritable plethora of interesting varied content densely packed into one upload that I’m now starting to expect.

You deserve more than just a spray can colour but it's a good start!!
