Hello there! thanks for your video! I am trying to figure out how to make my own additional parking pad for visitors on the side of my driveway, but it has grass, dirt and rocks and is sloping downwards. Curious, why'd you use crossties instead of blocks? i would need to do some kind of small retaining wall but was thinking blocks. Just trying to do it myself and save some money. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

Why not dump the load of gravel further back so you don't have to move it so far?

Bc there were power lines overhead and truck couldn’t dump.

Sometimes you have to turn these jobs down if the homeowner doesn't want to pay to do it right. Not worth the damage to your reputation when, not if, that bit of work fails.

@@bigp6071 you have a good day too. But sometimes machines make marks in ppls yards. It’s easy to use a rake and smooth it back out but sometimes I don’t point my phone at it and show it. The video is mainly to show my brand new machine working. I am hiring my 7th employee if you’d like an application for a rake boy. Confirmed the area you’re upset about is where the truck backed in and I smoothed it back out with the machine so idk what to tell you

@@tcmoney1321 it has power divider but not full lockers. Yes if I’m empty it will literally get stuck on dry pavement if it’s the least bit unlevel. I thought the air ride would flex more but apparently not. I think the walking beam is the best for off road and flexing . As far as power, if I ever delete the egr I’d like to see what’s the maximum I can have to turned up to safely with the computer. They detune trucks like this so much from the factory they’re dangerous to drive loaded sometimes. That’s how my single axle f750 dump truck is. It’s got a 3126 cat amd allison auto and if I have 5 tons or more in it I have to put flashers on and say a prayer on the slightest hill.

Use 57 stone at the bottom (spaghetti strainer for drainage) then a medium size crush and run with lye (it's will compact and the lye is a weed barrier) then last 2-3 inches a stone dust (easy grading for level and it will provide great compaction and even better weed barrier) Thanks!

Thanks Cameron. A question. I am planning to rent a SVL-75-2 up north. Plan to do some work on a gently sloping mountain trail that we drive on. It is 8 feet (96") wide. Want to skim off grassy center part of the trail between the tires ruts in the road. Will skim off the top 4 inches by 48 inch wide. It will have some roots and smaller rocks. Do you see any problems with the SVL 75-2 doing the job? Will use a bucket with teeth to cut through any roots and rocks. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks much.
