Hello. I found your video after wondering about Winooski tonight. I have never been there, but a family who was friends with my family moved to Vermont from New Orleans in the late 1960s. There were mum, dad, and four sons. They opened a Catholic bookstore there that I believe was a success. I do not recall what it was called. Do you remember it? I am sure they went to the Catholic Church you mentioned in your video. The dad passed in (I believe 1988), and the mum passed aged 101 in 2022. I only wish I had tried to find them sooner than I did. I would have loved to touch base with her. She was a lovely, kind lady. Guess I am feeling nostalgic tonight.... Maybe someday I will visit Winooski.

Hello! I grew up in Winooski but I don't recall the catholic book store, was it located near St. Francis Church? You should definitely come for a visit and check out the Winooski historical society museum!

@@YourVTRealEstateAccelerator I do not recall where it was located. That was way back in the late 1960s through early 1970s that I was still in touch with the family. I found out not very long ago that dad sadly passed in 2007. Mum sadly passed age 101 in 2022. They had four sons. I have tried to contact two of the sons to no avail, so I guess the sons never kept the bookstore going. Mum and dad are buried at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. I am sure they must have attended St. Francis Church. They were pretty devout Catholics. The sons would now be seniors, too, so it is possible one or more of them has passed.

Yes, some winds in winter which can add to the feel of chill. I definately wear a hat which does the job:) Peak fall is a bit hard to predict for the color change but I would say the best time is Oct 1-7 at least from experience.

The area being shown in the beginning is a great place to live if you like non stop heavy traffic & a wide variety of low flying airplanes over your home causing windows to rattle and defining noise from the national guard base not far away .

I like that you use the phrase "listed at the right price". Over the years my husband and I have sold houses quickly because we have never been emotional about pricing. We have sold 10 houses within the last 40 years so we have experenced many different market conditions. One year we had to take a huge loss, but we had to sell and did get a bit over market price.

I have seen some videos on your channel. Your video is very good. I know, You want to turn on monetization of your channel. If you want to turn on monetization then you need to make proper videos SEO of your channel. Proper SEO will increase viewers and subscribers in your channel. But your video views are getting less and less. Then I researched your channel and found that 1. SEO Score is very low 2. Title Is too Long, No End Screens, No Shared on Facebook 2. No SEO Friendly video Tags 3. Many problems on your KZfaq Channel. Immediately need SEO for your KZfaq channel. I am waiting for your response.
