interesting stuff and you clearly know your stuff Peter. On a basic, single group machine, why would the pressure be going crazy, not settling at the typical 1.5 bar? I have checked the two release valves for cleanliness and lubrication... all seems fine, but switching back on sees the pressure go right round the clock until there is a massive release.

I have 8 pounds of Ethiopian coffee, divided into 4 bags of 2 pounds each. Can I put all of this coffee in a vacuum sealer and freeze it? Or should I divide each 2-pound bag and freeze it separately when I open it? Then, can I keep the remaining 4 bags at room temperature?

Where can i learn more about espresso machine? if machine turn on & the pressure gauge goes up to 15bars before it slowly come down 9 bars. How can i set it not goes to 15 bars. Just want max up to 12 bars? Is it this overpressure valve adjustment?

i hooked up a 2 group machine today that hadnt been in use for a few months. once the water was turned on and the machine powered up water would constantly pour from the group head. I removed the top of the machine and noticed the flow control meter on the offending group head was flashing to indicate it was in use, it works the same as if I push a button on the second head the light flashes to indicate use. I was wondering what could cause this to fail and is there a way to fix it or do I just need to replace the part

Hi Peter, great video. Im getting water thru the group head when group handle is empty (only the left one-right is fine), its less water than normal but when the grouphandle is loaded I get no water through at all. I can hear everything working as normal but just no pour. Could this be a clogged/dead Brew Valve/solenoid ( are they the same thing?).

The only problem with this UV sorting, when try to sort natural, anerob process other similar kind process which use fermenting in their process. When shine the beans using UV light, it turn near all beans into glowing one. But its not problem to sort washed process
