The directions say to close the plug while in pump mode. I guess the water comes out somewhere else if you do. I'm running it in pump mode with the plug in and it's filling the bucket. When is the pump supposed to kick on? I tried filling the bucket with tap water. It still didn't come on. I emptied it and am just letting it run. This is my second one. The first one failed just before warranty expired. It's started freezing up with ice protruding through the sides. Even if this one lasts a year and fails it will not have been worth what I paid for this thing. I would not recommend this product.

I bought 2, one the compressor crapped out at 4 mos. The other bucket pump quit working at a little over 6 mos. Buy something else...

At 0:43, you don't need that outlet open; that's for bucketless mode or continuous draining. You can close it as you're using the pump.

This unit is junk avoid at all costs. Mine died after one year of use. It turned into a frozen block. I followed all instructions and cleaned filters often. Piece of junk. Meanwhile my old 15 yr old danby still working the same as day 1.

We've had ours about a year and were very pleased with it. The other morning there was water on the floor - something we've never had before with this unit. It was dripping from the hose connection in the back. I turned the unit off, pulled out the hose, put it back in, turned the unit back on. The pump started working, but water started spraying out of the hose. So I manually emptied the tank and put it back on. The bucket now fills instead of pumping, unless the pump doesn't work until the bucket is full? Any suggestions?

Throw it away!!! The sqweeker is soft and round about the size of a quarter. It's a GI block waiting to happen!! Trust me

I followed your instructions to the T and this water is super flat tasting. It’s not bubbly at all.

Had 75 inch TCL 8 series. Lasted 16 months, then got black screen . Was told no service or repair centers in USA. So, my $ 1,800.00 has gone down the drains. No more TCL, No more Chinese TV for me.

Great video. Just tried out my replacement machine. My 3 year old machine wasn't carbonating the water (tried a new cannister) and was spitting out white dissolving chunks. This machine tested great although it seems a little flimsy. I like to put a packet of stevia in the bottom of my glass with about 2 tsp of warm water, swirl to dissolve (or use stevia drops) then add about 1 tsp of organic 100% lemon juice (Santa Cruz) and fill up the glass with my carbonated water. Tastes so refreshing, no summer should be without it. 😃 For backyard barbecues, I mix 1/2 carbonated water with white wine for a cold spritzer.

Any chance you can tell me how to replace the crank assembly? One of the pedal arms broke and I have a new assembly, but I can't figure out how to get the old one off.

I opened my new Sodastream Fizzi yesterday and set it up. Despite following all the simple directions, my water does not get as fizzi as what I am seeing on videos or as fizzi as I expected. I am using the button properly to add enough co2 to create enough bubbles to match what I am seeing on the videos. Any ideas? I am using the directions properly, so that is not the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I just bought this bike from a friend, and i can’t figure out how to get the programs going. Like when i click on “fun rides” or “mountains” it all has the same incline and doesn’t show any different across the screen besides what my resistance/level is set at. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong please?
