The one I had put on only lasted one year....the replacement bulb requires rewiring ...NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.

When im ready to set the offset, I face the head forward and I get no reading and when i press set it says "offset too large" I can't get an offset reading unless I spin my trolling motor completely around and face towards the boat. What am I doing wrong??

*Great little trolling motor **enjoyable.fishing** recommend had it hooked up to my 15 foot old town canoe and it pushed it pretty good with me and my son (220 pounds each).*

Can I connect my heading sensor directly to my cranking battery with an inline fuse? Some forums say it will shut off when I shut the troll motor off, others say it will drain the battery... TIA

This not true the ultrex will work right out of box without heading sensor and remote .gps built into trolling motor

Hi I have a terrova I pilot and for some reason when I push the anchor button it says SL TMP. And it only stays in spot lock for maybe 5 minutes then goes back to normal. Also nowhere on my remote is the calibration setting. If I dont have the gps puck paired would this cause the problem? Thanks

Good video. When you done the sensor off set, did the remote say done, ok what ever. My remote said 6 degrees , I hit the check button, no feadback from remote. Thanks

Same here. Everytime I try to set the offset I can't get a reading unless the trolling motor is facing the boat. If I face the head forward the remote says the offset is too large.

$20 net from bass pro. We only use nets on tourney days.

Nets can range in many price ranges. Here is what we recommend, good length but not too long it takes up a lot of space, make sure it have good depth so a donkeys cant flip out, and finally make sure the net material is hook friendly and rubber coated. This material does two things, it’s easy on the fish unlike nylon netting and hooks don’t bury which sucks when your in a tourney. Good luck and yes see you there!
