Hi folks, if watching this four part series please note that comments have been turned off on part four. I'm not surprised, there is a very bad mistake. The presenter quite correctly talks about about making sure there are no electronics behind any panel you are thinking of drilling into and is then shown drilling in with the panel in place. The drill will break through and destroy the very expensive control board that has just been shown to be behind the panel. What were they thinking! In my opinion a more customer caring approach would have been to re-shoot or at least re-edit the video. BobUK.

OK. But my mill (Harbor Freight 44991) has nothing called a knee. I just looked at the parts list and I do not see it. I am not a machinists so the terms if the trade are not familiar to me. Keeping it simple, do I just make the scales the length of the slide table in both the X and Y? In this video, you make the first measurement from a point that is still a mystery to me.
