I can't fucking stand pizzas that are made uneven; i want every ingredient in every bite. Not just a mouth full of bread and tomtato sauce one bite, bread and cheese the next, or bread tomato basil. Stop being fucking lazy, evenly distribute the ingredients.

First: no bucatini but spaghetti. Second: at least the double of water so you dive the pasta in one go without pushing it down. Third: strain the pasta half way through the cooking and start adding cooking liquor ladle by ladle reducing it each time. Fourth: when cooked and with a nice thick starchy liquid at the bottom, switch off the fire under the pan. Fifth: rest for 40/60 seconds depending on the quantity of pasta. Sixth: add the yolk and pecorino mix and Mix and toss. No addition of water is needed if you have done a good job. IMPORTANT NOTICE: crack the eggs, then WASH YOUR HANDS and separate the yolks as shown. … fairly depressing video….

It was good but you forgot to say to turn the heat off when you add the egg mixture to the pasta otherwise you're gonna make pasta with scrambled eggs. Very important
