I had same neck muscle issue while i was foing through severe post partum depression when my 3rd baby was born, it was soooo worse that no pain killer or numbing spray was working & i had to call an ambulance 3 am, only i can feel that how worse it is as my husbnd was like we all have neck muscle pain but the intensity of mine was unbearable. Just take proper rest i hope you will feel better in few days. Lots of love & respect & i love the way you speak ypu are such a good motivational speaker. Try to go out socializr its difficult again a struggle but you have to as you are living in the UK i used to stay at home all the time just grocery runs with husbnd & kids i thought thats enough for me but thats not i was going into a dark deep hole after my 3 baby girl so i started making an effort going to meet new people in my area inviting few of them after 2/3 months so Alhumdulillah i am feeling abit better now. Take care girl also i love your hands may be sound cheeky bt when i met with some1 i notice thier hands & yours are beautiful masha Allah hamary bhi kabhi buht khobsorat howa krty ty haath bt pir hum UK agaye & 3 bachon ki Maa jo sara din just Bartan he dho rahi hoty hai 😂. Lots of love prayers & respect Allah pa aman
