That motor burned out since the load on it was greater than it can handle. A spinning magnet within a copper coil will offer resistance to the rotation that has to be overcome by the motor. Very obviously, a 250 watt motor is just not powerful enough to withstand the resistance of the spinning magnets. Along with those several measurements you took, one thing you missed out is taking the motor current readings. That would have given you a clear indication if the motor was overloaded. If you are very keen on using a 250 watt motor, you should then reduce the speed of the motor to such that the current drawn by the motor does not exceed its rated current. You missed out on this part in the entire experiment as I did not see a single clip of you measuring the motor current.

We used flywheel for two reasons. 1. stable power in varying loads of generators. 2. A mechanical form UPS, when grid drops until generators kicks in. all the rest is BS.... energy gain in ZERO
