if the harvie is scripted to auto harvest, does that mean your script needs to auto bake and auto package as well to avoid spoilage. Or do foods not spoil in the advanced oven/packager? or pipe the chutes into a refrigerated vending machine, then pull out what you want when ready to cook+pack?

Wow, the devs removed this file from the folder, so people can't change this anymore. Many people asked to have the bar back on the menu, to setup how they wanted the rate for hunger and thirst, instead of listening to the community, they went there and made it so nobody can change it. Disgusting...

dont Station Batteries lose charge if left out in the cold. i have mine in a hot box at 50*C and 25kp and they are still draining.

Will, your info is correct, as usual. However, it is a lot cheaper ( in gold) to place a small transformer for the solar. Especially in the early game play. It's not likely that you will need more than 5kW at point. The pipes can take a lot more pressure than 10MPa. The interesting thing with the solid fuel generator is that if connected with normal cable, it gives 5kW and with heavy cable 20kW.

We do use the printing machines differently. I have given you setup a try to look if it works for me. Sorry to say it's not. Don't get me wrong, your setup works perfectly well. Just not form me. When I am crafting bits and pieces for a bild, I have several machines running at once. At the end of the base build, I'll have two of each of the three base printers, with upgrades. So, for me, a stacker beside every machine works better. After the startup, resources are workable. Great hint, for furnace smelting. Most newer players will get a smelting recipe wrong. More seasoned players, too. 😊 Will you go all the way to fully automated resources and atmosphere management, this tutorial base playthough? Keep the episodes coming. Will.

Will, in my opinion, you don't need an ore mod. For one, you lose some of the beginning survival element and sec it is not that difficult to get a deep ore miner with 3 electric centrifuge. This will give enough ore for the beginning needs.

The heavy cable can support 100kW of power, and every windmill can generate 10kW in a storm. There is no limit on how much power a battery can take in. A solution is to place a large transformers in between the generator and the batteries.

you'd be surprised. real canned fries are meant to be cooked in the can, since they are in oil, when you open it and pour the contents onto a strainer they come out freshly fried and dry source: i'm a nerd who likes canned food. try condensed milk too, it's insane how many uses it has and the shelf life before and after opeing is absolutely bonkers

Great that you are trying to figure out this new trading mechanics. Personally I have slaved a medium dish to a small one with an ic. Have found that the bigger the dish the slower it moves to a new orientation. The dish will move even when turned off, but will only be used by the trading if switch on. Haven't got around to making something more elegant or automatic. The old system wasn't great, but this new one isn't an improvement. In my opinion.

Granted that you tried to pressure your body to very tiny hole but as much as I see there was no reason for it to delete your suit. I would consider that game bug. Myself I am always very careful to come anywhere close to stone walls as game physics engine work really weird in some situations. The harvie can't use fertiliser. The plants the harvie plant do. If you are planning to automated this the first time you're in for an interesting time. The growlight lights a 5x5x5 area. With rocket are you planning to build? Do me a favour, if you want to, build a gas harvest one. Can get that thing to work properly. You need a fuel tank, of course, and a storage tank. The problem comes with the automation. It reads both tanks as one and the rocket uses the H2 and O2 from both tanks. So the normal data used to retrieve the rocket doesn't work.

For cooling on Europa, all you need is a passive vent on the inside, a couple of pipe radiators on the outside and a digital valve in-between. Open valve when to hot, close when not. In reverse works just as well. The windows let sunlight heat inside and the batteries produce heat. The working gas for the Stirling is ideally H2 at about 750kPa to 1MPa. The speakers are don't have a long range, they do have a volume control.

Nice going with figuring out the centrifuge. Looks like your fueling it with H2 and O2? That gives you a good enough speed for most usage. And the centrifuge will keep up with several miners. You can use H2 and NOx as fuel. The rpm (process speed) really goes up, and is very hard to start by hand. Stopping is easy, just turn off the power switch. Let the rpm die down and then empty. You can let it run with mutch more than a stack of 50. The ore storage is close to infinite. Discarding will happen in stacks of 50+rest.

You will want some N2 in your grow room as some plants need it. Adding N2 will also reduce the chances of unwanted combustion.

@20:00 The mods have always been troublesome, you should look at the xml save files. You can easily change the ore config and storm intervals. So start up a new game, save it and then edit the files. I personally like to do an ore min 1 and max 50 so it's ways a gamble instead of a flat 50.

In the case of aimee, you can give her set commands, I think. Everybody I know basically gives aimee a blanc ic10 and use a remote ic10 with a transmitter for control. You absolutely can program multiple ic10 with a stationery computer. How ever if you have more then 3 or 4 ic10 on the same network, selection becomes buggy. 23:00 Great advice, a year ago I didn't even know mips existed.

First of, I do apologise for watching your stream late and in multiple bits. Real live prevents me from watching live. 13:00 and the furnace shine change with the temperature. If you like you airlock go faster to the inside, take air from more of the volume squares. 28:00 H2 and O2 are still a good fuel to use, in most applications. The NO and H2 fuel gives more energy for the specific cases. 31:00 place a temporary frame to stack the assembly machine. Make sure you connect a wire before removing the frame. 55:00 the cryotube does heal you body. The revival thing works only in multi play, logically. A player can place a dead on in the tube, with the right conditions, to revive them. Before the dead player respawns. 1:00:00 if you mean me? I am not from Brazil. Germany is close. I am from the tiny little country to the west of Germany. Lol.

Your best bet for power on Europa is the gas fuel generator or the Stirling. Both are easily coolled with the atmosphere. In the really early game wind power is a good option.
