On Day 3 it is time to get the power sorted and start working on Solar panels with some tracking setup and station batteries.
Sorry about the massive delay, it has been a hectic few weeks.

13:40 - you could put your old solar panel on the tower facing east, connected only to the control circuit, so it would give the control circuit the juice it needs to reset every morning.

Will, your info is correct, as usual. However, it is a lot cheaper ( in gold) to place a small transformer for the solar. Especially in the early game play. It's not likely that you will need more than 5kW at point. The pipes can take a lot more pressure than 10MPa. The interesting thing with the solid fuel generator is that if connected with normal cable, it gives 5kW and with heavy cable 20kW.

Interesting how the generator does that... It should just stay at one level imo but just another quirk of the game.

dont Station Batteries lose charge if left out in the cold. i have mine in a hot box at 50*C and 25kp and they are still draining.

Great videos! They have helped me a lot. I just would like to ask if you know the current state of the mods, like the ones that you are using. I'm trying to use the one that give us 50g resources but the save won't load with it :(
