Although Reason cannot do MPE (which is still wild in 2024. all DAWS should have it at this point), can Objekt do MPE in other DAWs like Ableton, Bitwig, Etc.?

I'll buy it when they finally include the ability to export MIDI.

I love Reason. But I wish it had user-assignable hot keys. I don't use Reason in a vacuum. Other creative apps have user-assignable hotkeys, and this helps create FASTER, SMOOTHER switching between apps.

Finally, something really useful for Reason. I will have to watch it a few more times to digest fully how to couple it properly with the Elektron boxes. The obvious thing that I am missing ATM is the external MIDI clock. Thank you for the insight!

Please tell me reason 13 will have automatic bpm detection/ auto time stretch for mimic so you can quickly browse loops with the tempos already matching the tracks bpm.

If only Reason would add that drag zooming into the sequencer that would be amazing. I mean, obviously you'd have to hold shift or cntrl or something, but still.

I need to get into using blocks more often. I dabbled when it was first introduced but Im good with just adding labels to clips on the main sequencer.

Another awesome tutorial! The structure is especially noteworthy because it switches between dry(-ish!) technical details and cool examples to keep you interested. And, of course, another cool musical powerhouse in Reason. Oh, those prepared pianos are a crime against nature, btw. Just saying. ;)
