As always, the drummers are located at the bottom of the pile, side drums being the lowest... It's always "pipes & drums", never "drums & pipes"... Poor drummers! 😭🥁❤️

Gordon Highlanders (now defunct) the drums were always senior and were known as the drums and pipes of the Gordon Highlanders.
