The "older" panasonic cameras are worth a look too. GX85 is a standout, and the smaller cameras too like the GX850. I bought my GX85 when it first came out in 2016 and I'm still using it today 8 years later. As far as I'm concerned neither panasonic or olympus have released a new range finder that represents a meaningful upgrade over the GX85. The bigger bodies have more features, but at the cost of size and weight which defeats the purpose of MFT.

Got a pro1 when they were released, I found the evf to be horrid. I sold it and got the x100 for a short while and a baby x10 with an ovf (still have this actually) I do love everything about my xpro3 however.

Used from Japan on eBay - $650 USD + plus shipping and import charges. Yah... that's not what I wanted to see (but it is what I expected)

Hi, I’m a recent subscriber to your channel and really dig your production work. Is there a chance you would do any how-to’s in the future? Just as a peak behind the curtain. Thanks.

Fujifilm should really keep making a camera along the lines of the X-Pro 1 or 2 so these can be purchased new. Just improve the EVF a little and ditch the decorative OVF please.
Yup stills from movie,...a late 80s asian action feature movie.

Your video drove another sale of this lens. I want quirky. I want exactly what you said. I'll be pairing it with an X-T5 that should be arriving ..I think tomorrow. So this will be nice. Thank you!

Technically not the fastest. Kipon makes a 40mm f0.85 for x mount. But with them being f stops instead of t stops it's basically the same.

If you really want to be a great photographer you should buy a film camera. It teaches you everything simply and a film camera can be got for so much cheaper!!! But buying or processing film is expensive? Then obviously get the original X100. ❤ Most people in the world can’t afford even that. 😢

biiiig, big A7s love!! has been my main camera for a while, and still is for private use. love the small size, the low light capabilities, the silent shutter. damn great camera that is, and will continue to be <3

It is worth noting that the 6x6cm square format was never really intended by the designers to encourage photographers to compose square images. Instead, it was felt the ample negative size would allow photographers to compose either horizontal or vertical photographs through a waist-level viewfinder, without worry about turning the camera on its side, then crop in the lab for the desired rectangular composition. This is indeed how most photographers used the Rolleiflex, however there were some influential artists who took a liking to the square format, which violates every "rule" of traditional composition, and this expression only enhanced the reputation of the Rolleiflex.

if the X2D had a fast (1/100s) or at least fastish (1/30s) shutter readout, it would exactly be my future camera!!
