This looks like the most nutritionally balanced meal I’ve ever seen! Add some natto to get the vitamin K with the vitamin d you’re getting from the mackerel and shiitakes and I think this may be complete! 🤤❤️

I believe it's just the juices that come out of the veggies as the salt and the spicy paste breaks them down 🥕✨ So if yours doesn't have much liquid, you can try give it a squeeze with your hands and push it down more with whatever weight you're using

It’s imported to not wash the fruit peels, because this is where the needed bacteria for fermentation resides.

Hey how dyou make that aged butter? Is there like a process or is it literally just when butter gets a lil old n cheeesy? (Side story: I've cooked with funky butter when it's aged on the counter n gon a bit pungeant, and loved it, but kept it for me own dishes in case it was just off n I offend any friend/family bellies) 🤟

I love gourmet mushrooms and I love the whole process of cultivation but supermarket mushrooms also have their place. I think saying they taste of nothing is unfair. For most people this is their entry into the mushroom world! I do however wish our supermarkets sold a wider variety of mushrooms such as oysters and shiitake!
