This cake turned out to be awsome. Thankyou so much😊. Since I did not have enough cocoa powder for the Ganache, I just boiled 100 ml of cream and mixed it with 100g chocolate and poured it on top of the cake,which was perfect too.

Made this for a neighbor who likes pears. Followed the easy recipe. It took longer for the oven to preheat than to mix the ingredients. Haven't heard that the neighbor keeled over, so figure the crumble/crisp was a success.

OK, I made this just before lunch and I give this recipe a perfect 10 out of 10! It came out perfect! Only thing I did differently is substitute corn starch with flour and I accidentally left the dish in the over for about 40 minutes instead of 25. No harm done, nothing burnt! Thanks!

Nice recipe. When you were baking the empty dough, is it not necessary to put some weights like rice to keep the center moist? I see that in a lot of pie recipes

Hello!!!!!! I loved your video, it was truly incredible Especially for someone who’s not the greatest at making sweets because of misunderstanding the tutorials ._.😹 But I just got a question that When you dusted the dough, was it with flour or corn starch? I’m assuming it was flour, right?
