The recipe ask for corn flour ( corn starch) Corn starch and corn flour is not the same thing and can’t be interchanged.

I think you are confusing cornflour with cornmeal. Cornflour and corn starch are the same thing and are used to thicken sauces etc

@@mygorgeousrecipesI’m not confused, it probably depend on what part of the world you live in. We use corn flour for tortilla, corn starch is tasteless and used as a thickening agent. Corn meal is another thing.

@@bksduskmirror1250 in the UK cornflour is the same as corn starch, and cornmeal is used for making polenta, etc. so perhaps it does depend on the country.
