I mean I just considered why self defense se martial arts like a lot of stuff in systema might work because a lot of times your attacker isn't skilled especially and including with weapons. If you're trained surely it must be like taking candy from a baby dealing with an attacker who's just wild and enraged without any training or skill haha. It's just to us non trained people a knife is scary enough to make us panic. Cause we fear for our life. If you train you not gonna fear for your life.
