Hey. So, it was really something that we were concerned about. Adam mainly but yeah, it was something that worried us. Needless to say, absolutely no problem whatsoever. Yeah, it takes a little getting used to and wing mirrors adjusted for looking further on the blindside. Other than that, having a passenger really saved the pain that could have been the toll booths but yeah, I wouldn’t worry about it at all. 👌🏻

Both UK and Greece allow dual citizenship so essentially you can keep both British and Greek nationalities.

RE Mozzies...I SWEAR by E45 moisturising lotion with citronella oil in it...not only do you get a great tan...but they DO stay away! You CAN get it there, but I usually bring it out with me

Taxes are the main reason prices are so high here in Greece. For the paperwork, it is said that government tries to digitalize the system but the truth is that all the paperwork just digitalized and did not decreased. Greece has very good life, cities (even the small ones), are full of life even at late night but if you want to have money and secure your future for bad times here it's not the best country to do it. Hope my english are not that bad. Have a good life here in our country!

hi guys, I understand that you have taken your car to Greece. Since the standard driving abroad insurance coverage for your car is 90 days, what did you do to extend this? I am looking to take my UK car to Greece with me for an extended period of time 6mo - 12mo. Do you have any advise on extended driving aborad insurance?

Hey there. So I checked with out UK insurer and they advised that we were covered for 12 weeks abroad as standard with out policy. However, if it looked like we were going to go over that time, I could call and they would add another 12 weeks. We knew we were going to be returning it to the UK to sell within that initial period, so there was nothing else we needed to do. Advice-wise, I'd contact your insurer and be upfront about what your plans are and see what products they offer that would cover you. You may find that nothing really needs to be added to the policy and that they just have to tick a different box for the time you'll be away.

Retuned from Zakynthos last week. Yes it was a holiday. Yes the locals work their arses off in the tourist season, but hey what a more relaxed place to have to grind a living! Loved the lidl on the island. Agree, prices on par with rip off U.K., but quality of food soooo much higher! Just need to learn the language now and get my arse out of the rapidly declining U.K.. Great informative videos! Thanks

LOVING these vids! I now consider Alykanas my second home! When I was "stuck" out there during early "convid" through winter 2020/21...Butter was the top of my "miss" list...closely followed by, if not paired with, decent marmalade....although peach jam became a FAR better option! The internet...OMG...I was vlogging ALOT for my channel and it literally took DAYS to get the shortest vids on and I agree on the delivery bit..apparently it REALLY helps to befriend the postman!
