Good morning, NonaGrace and Jim. You did have a very frustrating day. If the TV has a little box connected to it, then the next time, just press the power button on the remote that belongs to the small/ little box. It will give you the options either to power off or restart, press restart and it will reboot the system and your TV will be good to go. Most of the TVs that works via wifi would have that issue. The sound that you were hearing could be little frogs, they are usually like that when it rains and colder/ cooler. The waves are tidal waves that happens whenever there is no breeze / wind. Also called gravitational pull of the sun and moon on earth would also cause waves. I have never seen such a beautiful cactus 🌵. Those can be grown by the pieces I believe, you just take one leaf and put it in some water to get the roots then you can transfer it into soil. They are beautiful indoors as well. How are the chickens doing? How's Silver? Is she still sitting? How's the little lady and her babies? Are they still in the maternity house? I'm wondering if they are accustomed to Emily by now! I'm sorry that smart TV is giving you so much trouble! That would be annoying. That part of Texas looks so difficult from my part. For one thing, we don't have palm trees. I'm assuming those are palm trees. We do have cactus like that.

The paddle cactus fruit is called prickly pears. I have never harvested them, but believe they turn a dark purple when ready. The paddles are edible too. Just have to have thick gloves to cut and a vegetable peeler to peel off the skin and prickles. Chop them up and cook them. Though, they do have a lot of saliva substance to them. Nice to see that there is that kind of cactus on that side of Texas.

Hi Nonna you look nice tonight. Did you have a nice dinner? I have a older TV and use a Roku. I don't want a smart TV. I guess at some point they will be all you can get. We watch KZfaq on the Roku. We use an antenna for all local channels. Have not had cable for years. Hope all is well sincerely Joe &Tanya

Hello Joe and Tanya, we ended up not going out. the worker got ill so he had to cancel. I had a Pot Pie from KFC. I really enjoy them. I have an antenna too at home. here they have the internet. I have one old TV and one smart TV. My Daughter bought us the smart TV. I only crome cast to that one. I like when a TV just turns on with out a lot of menus to choose from and a remote that I don't understand. Thank yu for your comment. Hope your day is going well. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓
