Power & handling are there..as good as any typical fwd sedan at the $20-25k price range at that time. Interior: ok, not Mercedes lvl..but what econo-sports car had a rly great int? The cars for F&F always have custom int done. So..idk, I'm at a loss, which leads me to my query: Please do expound your views on this beleguered car. All the mistakes? Bro I love the OG fast and furious and was heavily into SoCal racing scene when it came out, but i dont know if theres enough time in the day to point out all the mistakes, lets not talk about the overly corny stuff

I remember this segement on the DVD! I remember watching the Extra and all before the movie so when the movie ended I was kinda disappointed that it wasn't in it!

Come in Craig, you can't tell me that a SRT-4 isn't a good tuner platform. I have seen plenty that make 600+ whp...Then again, I have also destroyed many of them with my eBay turbo B series non-VTEC Civic coupe...even when it had a junkyard stock engine with supporting mods like ARP head and main studs, NPR piston rings, ACL Race bearings, and fuel mods. My point is that it cost me roughly $2,500 to build a 13 second 1997 Civic coupe and I shut down 2 or 3 different full bolt-on SRT4s. They're not very good competition until you get rid of the stock manifold/tiny turbo. Once the manifold and turbo are upgraded, THEN the 2.4L DOHC is a beast. I beat up on one of them with my Civic when it was a D series (1.5 SOHC VTEC) with the same 63 trim eBay turbo. However, there's not much that can beat a properly tuned and modified AWD 4G63t or a 4B11...I haven't always owned just Hondas, I've owned quite a few DSMs, and even a 4G63t swapped Colt hatchback.

I really like that F&F bottle. My (1999) Eclipse is hooked with Nitrous Express but with the eyesore that is the default white bottle. The carbon fiber looking one is prohibitively expensive and the black one is always out of stock. Thought about sticker bombing it or looking for a chance to cerakote it by the guys who do my firearms. Anyone out there have any ideas, I'm open minded.

Gtr 34 and Evo 7 were the best homologation cars you had in the entire movie bravo to the man that chose it he had a vision and the location was dope but the thing with the bridge was too fake 😂😂😂but as a movie that has to do with cars was way better than the trash that has become today or especially after movie 4.

I still have that DVD, I remember begging my dad as a kid to buy it for me at Walmart (I was about 8yo). Also have the 2 fast 2 furious one.

I had that DVD for the longest time. It's funny how things just disappear from your life over the years. I remember this segment. I miss the 2000s and the studios doing things like this. It feels so corporate and impersonal now.

I got that dvd and was at the beach with my family for thanksgiving and watched the movie alone with the free I loved your segment on the show. The candy painting made me just have to have a candy close car. So I got a jsb corvette. I’m now a car and bike guy and this had a big part in that. And also why i freaked out when I saw your channel I watched the behind the scenes car build over and over as a kid 🤙
