My dad started his own Septic company, he started with 2 trucks, using his yard as his office, back in 2008/2009, now he has over a dozen trucks, his own mechanic, a 5 acre office plot, 4 office workers, a dispatcher, and he no longer goes out on jobs, he is the CEO and has managers under him running everything. My dad spends his day dropping by work sites (especially on rookies or less performing workers). He isnt even done, he has a 2 other location, one is a seperator place that preprocesses the waste, that is then directly tied to city sewer, the other place is an actual disposal place so now other smaller companies can come to him for cheaper waste than what the city offers. My dad is a genius.

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfolio.
@kigletmary568 күн бұрын
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

very true, I started investing before the pandemic and that same year I pulled a profit of about $600k with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance to make a from a financial-advisorr, you can be passively involved with the aid of a professional.

I run a very large and and flagship repair shop in Ohio. Flagship store in the company and margin is super low. It’s only like 45% gross and net is hidden from me, so closer to 10-20% Obviously without all the overhead it will be way higher, but I would never run my own repair shop in a million years. Entirely too much greif for not enough money

There is no one charging 450 bucks to unclog a drain. Ever heard of mike diamond? Most plumbers and handymen around me only charge 100 bucks or less depending on the day and the urgency. Same day on a sunday night may cost a bit. But next day on a monday or tuesdsy is gonna be 90 bucks
