Hard to see how this would work in 2024. Oh,wait. I have an important email from an African lawyer who only needs me to sent him some money so he can pay to release $1M that has been requested to me. How exciting. Who needs CASH when we now have the Internet?

The mark might be an arrogant twerp, but at least he knows what a good steak is. Just BTW. Is the Gherkin building the UGLIEST and most impractical building in London, if not the world?

Who, in their right mind, buys a mobile phone from anyone other than a recognised Telco? I've watched all the Seasons up to here. I have one thought. If the script writers are able to think of these Hustles, why are they not doing them for themselves? Or are they?

Wouldn't it be nice if children could have more empathy for what parents go though when they themselves are young and inexperienced. There are a mirriad reasons why a Father might walk away. And why he might not be able to retrace his actions.

With a budget to cast some high profile actors (male and female), you'd thing that they'd have stretched to casting Australian actors to play Australians.

Danny's celebrated obnoxiousness is a little over the top. Be nice if he developed a bit of self awareness.

It dawns on me how this episode structurally resembles the Spider Web show; entrepreneurs ripping off someone. In that (future) Spider Web con, Mickey doesn't want to present them with a potential product. That is what gets used here, though, against Mervin. Funny contre-coup

RIP James Laurenson. I just looked him up and it turns out he passed away a few days ago. This was such a great show and he got to start it off.

Their bad guys are getting sleazier and sleazier - yuck. What the hell is a casinah? What accent is that supposed to be? I don’t like him though - at all. :P

The kid with the ears has become a leading man who seems to act quite a bit. I saw him in a movie with actors from somewhere in SE Asia / India. He’s a very good actor able to convey complex emotional affect. He’s also become quite handsome in his own way. 🎭🎬🌷🌱

Found an error! When the kid is signing the contract, it says for 450K pounds but he got paid 150K pounds according to the story. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/lchphaec39PGdnk.htmlsi=DgIN_3tI7gYGrEah&t=2569

The kid playing the “entrepreneur” is so good - so obnoxious, a spoiled brat, and he looks the part so well, meaning the way he talks, moves, and his whole persona. It’s almost overdone. He makes me ill. LOL 🤪🫣 🧟♂️

I realize, of course, they wanted another cutie like Danny, and I was going, this is not going to work, but - they did it!!! This kid is cute, adorable, and brilliant in completely his own way. The sister’s personality - I’ll have to see. . .

I loved the old music!! Why! Why do they always want to jazz up good intro themes is way beyond me 🙄 they’ve completely ruined it. And the outro is terrible - I used to let it play a while at the end, but the one I heard for e1 - well, I just couldn’t wait to turn it off!! I mean do they change the music of a hit song!? They may add to it while on the road, but change it!!! No!! 🙄🫤☹️🤨

15:44 they sure know how to do slugs on this show. Even Robert Glenister is awful - yuck! Then he turns normal on the phone. Good actors can do practically anything :) 🎭

Really great episode!!!! 🌷🌱 19:11 Billy is about to say “Coffee’s up.” He pronounces it so well. I do think it’s New York City, but I’m not a regional accent person. I just live here. 🫢 British actors who can’t do american accents, usually use a bad southern accent one. But these guys are really good!! 😋 40:57 This is hilarious - “Unbelievable, it’s raining in the desert.” I noticed the rain, but wouldn’t have given it a second thought till they did this voice over. LOL

Jeez!! Robert Wagner is so effing good. this guy gives me the creeps double time! wouldn’t go near him with the proverbial ten foot pole. yuck! also - that was some really good camera work going on the car at the end. how the bloody hell did they Do that? :) 🎞️ 🌷🌱

Can you dig it? somebody’s has to write all these episodes and make it work. i wonder how much research it takes? amazing how great they are at it. although, i have found a few gaffes here and there, but that’s okay, cause with the class of these actors, they can pull off any script. so can the directors and the rest if their team. great show! :) 🤹🏿🤹🏼♂️🇬🇧

16:09 that grey suit does not fit well at all. what a difference a tailor-made suit makes. he looks like a door-to-door salesman in this suit. and that tie! 😬 and it’s too big.
