This is so stressful for the animal. Having those screaming kids and strange device. This zoo should lose its license. Zoos are horrible and have very little to do with preserving wildlife. They are horrible places for most animals. That's why they all had babies during Covid....they weren't stressed out. Zoos are not sanctuaries, they are profit making endevors that make money by caging wild animals.
