Your videos are so inspiring! I'm really curious as to what you did to change his left hand at around 4 mins in. It looked like you sketched it on a separate layer and then reduced it to fit.

Happy you enjoyed them! Yes, it seems that I had difficulty making it look as I wished just drawing on the old one and it felt easier to sketch somewhere else (most probably referencing my own hand) and later put that into place.

She looks really beautiful and so elegant too! It was lovely to watch the whole process and also see how you persevered to save it after the cracks appeared. I'd have binned it at that point thinking it was ruined!

Whilst watching your MP video yesterday I was thinking how nice it would be to see you doing your art and checking out your library today I realise you have done! I love this one especially as you do faces so beautifully and it was lovely to see it from start to finish.

You did a good job explaining yourself and just to say you are far from being alone in your thoughts, I think I am like you in quite a few ways and it's amazing that I came across this video because it's so hard to express what you're explaining, I wouldn't know where to start and if I did it would sound a lot like what you are saying I am glad I watched this it gave me a sence of peace, thank you for sharing your thoughts not easy ❤ take care and continue to be you.

I'm sorry, I don't know. It's been a long time too. It was just a thick wire I found in the craft store.

Hello! First off, I put some water on the cracks with a brush to soften them. Then I probably added some soft clay on top and smudged it into the cracks as much as I could. But it's better to avoid cracks in the first place. Use air dry clay, unlike me!

Thank you! While I was sculpting, I made two holes on her back that are the right size for the wire I used on the wings. I simply attach the wires to the holes and I can remove them.

Hello! I just used a thick wire I found in the art supplies store, I don’t really know what it is exactly, but anything thick enough to hold the sculpture together would do. I’m not sure about the baking. The clay I used says it can be baked on its package, but I suspect it would end up with a lot of cracks or a total breakage for this particular work.
