Looks great.. pour into clean ball jars while piping hot and seal with clean new lids. Set upside down for a few hours and they should seal. Then you have it all year!

Looks so good! I like that you brown the chicken first...I prefer shoyu chicken with a little crisp to it!

Why in the heck would you put fully cooked chicken back into a marinade that had raw chicken sitting in it for at least a day? Are you asking for salmonella or is this a joke?

A local chinese bbq place would only include the scallion ginger sauce with chicken, not duck. So once I really begged, and the woman that made the sauce was like "sauce $1 extra", so I was like "give me ten", and she said no. Then I said "It's $1 extra right, so give me 10 for $10", but she said I could only get one. If you get the sauce right, it's pretty much the bomb. I haven't tasted yours, but when I made it myself it never tasted as good.

Hello, do you have a tip and cooking time for instant pot using your recipe? The Internet suggests 15 minutes per pound of pork shoulder, another suggests 30 minutes for cubed pork shoulder. What do you think? I don't want to overcook it and make it tough or chewy. Thanks in advance.
@JustASimpleChef
@JustASimpleChef 2 жыл бұрын
i would suggest about 2-3 hours on high and probably 5-6 on low. i dont use crock pots so I don't have the best answer. i would just try a small batch and see how it turns out.
