You have a very romanticized view of Bylsma. He is a psychopath - it had NOTHING to do with love, but with POSSESSION. It stems from an over-indulgent childhood where his mother NEVER SAID NO to him (a psychopath is either born (rarely) or CREATED by severe neglect OR severe OVER-INDULGENCE (I even read somewhere that a major reason for his parents divorcing is the fact that his father could not stand how his wife spoilt Xander to the extreme). If he had moved on, he would have treated the next woman in his life with the same over-possessiveness and she would have lived a life of hell. You are an ideal candidate for a psychopath like Bylsma, because I could detect from your comment that you are an empath which is sniffed out by these people from miles away to pounce on and severely abused for the rest of their lives. (They 'love-bomb' you at the beginning to the extent that you believe you have met your soul-mate...once they have you in their claws, in other words when you have fallen in love, they turn and start withholding love abusing you). If an empath ever gathers enough courage to get away from a psychopath such a Bylsma, it is the most DANGEROUS time of your relationship with this person, because he is about to lose CONTROL over you and THAT THEY CANNOT ACCEPT (AS DEMONSTRATED BY BYLSMA). Be very careful and plan your escape very carefully. Please read up on narcissism (all psychopaths are also narcissists) on one of the excellent channels about this topic - LIVE ABUSE FREE.

Might I add....he was NEVER SORRY OR HAD REGRETS ABOUT WHAT HE DID...if one has remorse, one ADMITS to what one has done and ask forgiveness...instead, Bylsma DENIED, DENIED, DENIED and even tried to pin the whole murder on an innocent person (the new boyfriend) because he reckoned...'what the heck, can just as well kill two birds with one stone'...therefore getting back at the boyfriend for stealing her away from him. You are going to fall into a trap of such a psychopath if you don't open your eyes to the horrors of the world...they are all around us, masked as these wonderful people who everybody likes. They are not able to feel emotions like normal people, except for emotions like rage etc. but LOVE and KINDNESS and EMPATHY are beyond their ability to feel...HOWEVER, they can MIMIC it extremely well...they watch how other people do it and mimick it, UNTIL they get what they want and THEN the mask falls away behind closed doors. If a man tells you within a week or two or a month or so THAT YOU ARE HIS WORLD, HE LOVES YOU SO, YOU ARE JUST THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO HIM, PLEASE MARRY HIM, etc. etc. etc. - BEWARE, it is love-bombing and you are dealing with a narcissist/psychopath.

@@lynette599 Morning. You touched on some things i did not read or heard as i only viewed this clip on this page. Harsh feedback but important on your part, thank you for that. My aunt went through sort of same thing. While you at it, when you have a moment, helping others forward, how do men and ladies prevent this, how does a parent prevent this in in her/his son. How does family protect their loved ones. How do we as outsiders help both parties, how do we as society lift others up in all situations and be there so that nobody hurt anymore. I lost loved ones too. So sorry to the parents of the beautiful girls. What can i say to you, time healed us, we moved on and our healer was forgiveness. It means i forgive, i cannot forget but it helped to move forward, never completley but we don't feel so heavy anymore. Yes the world is full of not good and not good people so we must help if we see something, if you can, help another, let's live in harmony, even just a little. When you have a moment, touch on the warning signs, anything that can help somebody on both parties, this could have been anybody's brother or sister so people let's help, let's learn, no matter what let's not bring down another, sometimes people judge that lady so quick, instead say here is a book or I'm here or hey it happened to me or my family. People sometimes 🤫 for different reasons, not knowing just maybe you can help or make that person see and feel hey I'm not alone. To the parents it's gonna be just fine, not ok but in time you'll feel complete again, we've been there, our world came to a standstill, gone but not forgotten, never forgotten🤗after my aunt, we lost our mom, we here, we hurt, we learn to live with it all. Men are JUST as vulnerable to falling prey to a narcissist/psychopath as women...sometimes even MORE so because women who are psychopaths/narcissists have an extra weapon to pull a victim in...namely SEX.
