I use 6k bitrate and still get pixelation when turning or moving

to preface, I have a 3070ti and an 8 core ryzen processor. I turned the settings to 6000 bitrate, lanczos scaling, 1080p 60fps, and did everything else every single one of these videos says. yet my streams and recordings are still grainy and blurry as hell, especially any time I move. I really don't understand why :(

I tried yesterday with NVENC x264 encoder in OBS streaming warframe on twitch with 6000kbit upper limit and my stream pixelated alot, then i tried youtube with the same encoder - same problem, then i tried other NVENC encoder wich is not available on twitch and almost none pixelation occured in the same bitrate. But twitch doesnt allow this encoder so I guess my only option is reducing 2k picture to 1080p.

i have 100 mbps of bandwidth, i’m connected directly to the wifi by cable, i have this problem even if i put the quality down to 720p, it still look bad and rainy, i can’t change the values from my ps5 i don’t stream with a capture card, only with the ps5 stream mode

Bought a new Kinect camera adapter the other day just to play it again. Just started learning Blender a week ago, and today this video popped up.

Hahaha... This went down about like everything I do in Blender. You might have better luck with a Kinect 2 (XB1 version). I've bought a few at Goodwill for under $10. I had to snip a little wire to the fan, so it runs all the time, but this fixes a looping autodetect error. The SDK is also awful. Make sure you use a supported USB 3 hub with no other devices attached to it (nothing plugged into the ports next to it. Also, you may enjoy using it with TouchDesigner. You can use it to play MIDI music by waving your arms around and other cool stuff.

I'm trying to learn if this will work for a stream setup. Has anyone figured out how to combine 360 with VMC while also having the true game of the Xbox working? Like splitting the feed somehow of the sensor data and using it specifically for live mocap? Maybe average webcam data with the Kinect data due to the limitations of the frame rate?

Using 2 Kinect is said to greatly increase accuracy, but 5:32 a much larger room will be required as Kinect has a very narrow field of view.
