Anyone know any difference between 2007 and and 2011 burban calipers? I work at a Autozone and those 2 years show different brake pads but the caliper part # same except!! 2011 has a A at the end

This video came up just after I rewatched the one you ended saying, "The next time you see this engine, the head will be on." False advertising! Pretty funny, the way that worked out. I'm playing with a 1940 248 and a 1952 263, each in decrepit 1940 Specials which have sat since 1984 or 1985, ("Life intervened.") and gone through two or three floods up to the headlights. The hood over the 263 leaked, the valve cover rusted through near the oil fill cap, and the rockers rusted tightly to the shaft. With nothing to lose, I heated and hammered and got things moving, disassembled, cleaned and back in what I think/hope will be working order. The 248, never turned over in the 35 years I've had it, looked much better when I removed its (unperforated) valve cover. The rockers are all free on the shaft, and after removing them, I checked for stuck valves by bumping them with the side of my fist - they're all free. Go figure.

You do know the right way to drive a dyna flow transmission ?. You can drive around town in D but going up hills and accelerating involves shifting into L up to 60 MPH. Look it up if you don't believe me it helps I own a 63 buick lesabre with a dyna flow.

In your kit you should have gotten two spacers 5/8 that go behind the castle nut and after the spindle washer.

It’s well know GM cut corners and those brakes on the 99-06 trucks are spongy and trash. The 07 is a MASSIVE improvement. It gave me the perfect excuse to have a weekend project and keep my wife from bugging me all day.

I ordered the kit for my truck and the spindle washers were missing also. I called Speedway customer service and they sent them out N/C. Great kit!

Great video, I saw the same issue with my Toro 3521 Snowblower and the metal choke is more popular model, nice to know I can swap the choke to make it work!

I have the ZR, the recoil only model. Just started it up for the first time. Added gas to it and after 1 pull fired right up. My hat is off to this Chinese made engine. All I do is change the oil with synthetic 5w-30 and good premium gas (now i will try RV, ethanol free this year). I run the gas out at the end of the year.

I am sure you know by now, but you should have quite a bit of oil flow much sooner, and certainly more volume of oil ! You may be dealing with a worn oil pump, but I don't want to give you had advise here. Can you please give me some idea of where your oil pressure is right now ? May even have worn bearings giving that symptom. And, of course, you may be 100£% correct with your thinking a blocked oil passageway.
